"Delivery showed up riiight when I needed it"
I ordered from amazingclubs.com as a gift, and my biggest worry was the delivery timing. I liked that I could choose the month for it to start, and it actually arrived right on time, which was such a relieeef.
The tracking emails were easy to follow, so I wasn’t stuck wondering when it would show up. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again when I need a gift to land at juuuust the right time.

"Support fixed my delivery issue really quickly"
I had a small issue with my delivery, but support handled it way faster than I expected. I remember I was literally standing in my kitchen holding one mismatched sock when I got the update that it was sorted out. Super easy, no hassle, and I appreciated how quick they were.

"Missing item was handled better than I expected"
One of the items in my order didn’t show up, so I emailed them about it. compared to a few other companies I’ve dealt with, this was painless. They got back to me quickly, sent the replacement, and it arrived without any issues. Not ideal that it was missing in the first place, but I’m happy with how they sorted it out.

The site was easy to use and I found what I was looking for without much trouble. Checkout was a little slow for me, but it did go through fine in the end. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Thanks for letting us know, we’re always working on making checkout smoother,” which was nice enough.

"Billing is okay, but it works when it wants"
My order went through without any major problems, and the total was close to what I expected. Still, the billing feels like it works when it wants because one charge on the invoice had me doing a double take. I had to check it a couple times before reaching out. Customer service did explain it eventually, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I wish the charges were clearer from the start. Overall, it was fine, just not exactly smooth...

I went in just trying to find a coffee club, and then somehow I was looking at cheese, snacks, wine, hot sauce, all of that. I didn’t even realize they had that many options, or maybe I just hadn’t looked closely before.
It was nice because I needed something for my dad and my sister, and I didn’t feel like jumping around to a bunch of different websites. I found a couple things that seemed perfect, at least based on what they’re usually into.
Overall, it’s a easy place to use if you’re trying to send a gift that feels a little different. I’ll probably use them again next time I’m stuck on what to get someone.

"Pretty tasty overall, with just one that was a little too sweet"
I ended up being happy with these overall. The flavors were really good for the most part, and it was fun trying the different ones because some definitely stood out more than others. There was one snack that was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, so I probably wouldn’t reach for that one first again, but even then it wasn’t bad. I still enjoyed most of what I tried and would say it was a tasty little mix overall.

I ordered the cheese club for my dad, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to be quite as nice as it was. The cheeses arrived fresh, the packaging was solid, and the flavors were really impressive. One of the boxes showed up a little later than expected, which was mildly annoying, but once it arrived, the quality definitely made up for it. My dad loved it, and I’d probably order it again.

"Nice holiday gift, just ran a bit late"
Tried Amazing Clubs for two Christmas gifts this year, coffee for my dad and snacks for my sister. Ordering was simple, kind of liked that they kept getting little surprises after the holidays.
Dad said the coffee tasted fresh and was fun to try each time. Sister enjoyed most of the snack boxes, though one thing in there wasn’t really her favorite.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that one shipment showed up later than expected. Customer service got back to me quickly though, so not a huge deal. Would use them again.

I realized right after placing my Amazing Clubs order that I had put in the wrong shipping address. I emailed them right away, but figured it would probably take a day or two to hear back.
They actually got back to me in about an hour and fixed everything before it shipped. It was super easy, with no annoying back and forth, and I really appreciated how quickly they handled it.

I had to cancel my club order, and to my surprise, they actually refunded me without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. No annoying back and forth, which shouldn’t feel like a luxury, but here we are. The money showed up quickly too, so overall, all good.

"Generous portions for the price"
I was pleasantly surprised by how much food came in the boxes. The portions were definitely bigger than I expected, and there was enough that I could share a few bites and still feel satisfied. They weren’t massive or anything, but for the price, it felt like really solid value. One box did seem a little smaller than the others, but overall I was happy with the amount.
